The majority of the Proclad Heat Treatment plant has been manufactured from scratch to meet the stringent requirements of the Oil & Gas, Power Generation and Heavy Engineering Industries that proliferate in Scotland and Northern England .
To ensure they are at the cutting edge of performance we have utilised the latest furnace designs and modern technology all backed up by an ISO9001 approved quality system and an enthusiastic and dedicated workforce.
The instrumentation is calibrated every three months to ensure its accuracy when controlling and recording the heat treatment cycles. The furnaces are surveyed every 12 months in accordance with the API 6A Appendix H or Norsok requirements to ensure that there is minimal furnace temperature variation across the hearth.
